Parking Tickets: $5.00 if paid within 72 hours and $20.00 thereafter.

Copies of statements on audio cassette: $10.00

VHS Copies: $25.00

DVD Copies: $25.00

Copies of Pictures per print (must purchase all prints taken on particular roll) : $2.50 per print

Copies of digital pictures on CD (per CD): $10.00

Notary Fee: $2.00

All other reports (per page): $0.10 per page

Criminal Records Checks: $7.00. Requires two (2) forms of identification one of which needs to be a photo I.D. Other identification can be Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, etc.

Handgun Permits: $10.00 application fee & $2.00 Notary Fee. Applicant has to be a Shelbyville resident. First time applicant must fill out one of our application forms. A records check is performed on applicant and approval must be given by the Chief of Police.
